Values
Values matter because they are the drivers of our personal character, performance, and focus of dedication.
Individual values reflect how you show up in your life and your specific needs. Values become the basic determiners of personal perceptions, opinions, and attitudes.
Growth Mindset
Growth Mindset is the belief and ability to grow and develop skills and capabilities you didn't have before. I'm a life-long learner, continuously learning new skills to expand my knowledge, exercise my brain, and to have fun. I'm highly passionate about innovation, emerging trends, and celebrate finding new ideas and inspiration from the most unlikely resources and through Open Innovation.
Transparency
Transparency drives trust. Building trust through transparency is powerful because it's activated through vulnerability, empathy, and sharing. Transparency breaks down silos and opens doors to more equitable and productive opportunities.
Self Awareness
One of my favorite leaders said, "Be better every day." I love feedback! I have a strong Internal Locus of Control, and I reflect often on how I can continuously improve my knowledge and performance, and lead with empathy to deliver the highest quality leadership experience.
Internal Locus of Control - belief that your successes and failures mainly result from things you do.
External Locus of Control - belief that your successes and failures mainly determined by forces outside themselves.
Passion for Work
As a consistent high performer with a strong growth-mindset, I'm continuously in search of projects and work to fulfill a relentless pursuit of excellence and continuous assimilation of new skills or knowledge. Having passion for the work I've committed to is fundamentally critical to my success.
Creativity
For me, creativity means doing work that is uniquely human. I'm a strong advocate of automation to take over repetitive and highly manual processes, thus freeing up time and mind for me to focus on more creative aspects of work.
